Dr. Allison Penland is a native of Johnson City and graduate of Science Hill High School. After receiving a B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee Chancellor’s Honors Program, she went on to receive her D.D.S. from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis.
Dr. Penland maintains membership in the Academy of General Dentistry and values education, always striving to stay at the forefront of all the latest advances in dentistry.
Dr. Penland is active in her community where she serves as a current board member and President Elect of the Tri-Cities Chapter of the University of Tennessee Alumni Association and as a Tennessee Promise Mentor.
She and her husband enjoy spending time cheering on the Vols, gardening, travelling, and visiting with friends and family.
